The NDIA San Diego Chapter is seeking nominations for its annual “Twice A Citizen” Reserve and National Guard Awards.  Up to four recognition awards will be made to Reserve Service/ Guard members who meet the following criteria:

• Nominee’s employment, home or drill unit/site is located the greater San Diego area
• Nominee’s service is in US Military Reserve component or a state National Guard
• Nominee is deployed/mobilized in support of the Global War on Terrorism, Counter Drug Operations, Humanitarian Operations, Disaster Relief Operations, or other contingency/ support operations for any period of time between 1 January 2009 and the present
• Nominee has demonstrated leadership, self-sacrifice  and commitment to service to our country both as a citizen and in uniform
• Nominee has delivered outstanding overall performance

“Twice A Citizen” Awardees will be recognized at the Navy Gold Coast Conference on Wednesday 18 August 2010 at 11:30 at the San Diego Convention Center.

Completed nomination forms must be received no later than 5:30 pm, Monday 12 July 2010.  Please submit forms through one of the following:
