Director, Customer Account Management Division, Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories, Federal Acquisition Service, U.S. General Services Administration
Jill Akridge serves as the Director for Customer Account Management for the Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories (PSHC), an office within the U.S. General Services Administration’s Federal Acquisition Service (FAS).
In addition, Jill is a Co-Chair for FAS the Services Experience committee, overseeing agency-wide efforts to improve the user experiences of industry partners and customers of FAS service offerings.
Prior to her current position, Jill served as a Program Manager for strategic initiatives development on behalf of PSHC as well as the Federal Marketplace and was instrumental in the development and planning of user research activities, IT consolidation plans, and the shaping of FAS services offerings.
Jill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. She also has a Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis from George Washington University and is an alumni with the Partnership for Public Service.
