Mr. Brown currently serves as a Small Business Professional for the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Mentor Protégé Program group. The Department of Defense (DoD) Mentor Protégé
Program assists small businesses (protégés) compete for prime and sub-contract awards while partnering with large companies (mentors) under project based agreements. Mr. Brown is responsible
for the administration and compliance reporting of Mentor Protégé Agreements on behalf of the DoD Office of Small Business Program (OSBP).
Mr. Brown’s DoD acquisition career spans over 16 years to include serving in various Contracting roles with the U.S. Air Force and DCMA.
