Ms. Dokes is a Team Lead for the DCMA Mentor-Protégé group, which is responsible for supporting the Office of Small Business Program in implementing the Department of Defense (DoD) Mentor Protégé Program (MPP). The DCMA Mentor Protégé group primary function is the administration and reporting for all Mentor Protégé agreements. Ms. Dokes is Lean Six Sigma, Yellow Belt Certified, a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps, and is DAWIA Level III certified. Prior to her government career, Ms. Dokes worked as a teacher/ administrator in Public Education for 15 years. Ms. Dokes holds a Bachelor of Science in Math Education from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and a Masters in Educational Administration from Lindenwood University.
