International Trade Specialist

Jacqueline Roeder is an International Trade Specialist with the U.S. Department of Commerce. Having joined the Commercial Service in August 2021, Jacqueline is based out of the San Diego U.S. Export Assistance Center and assists San Diego-based businesses in the marine technology, environmental technology, aerospace and defense, safety and security, and education sectors export internationally. Prior to the U.S. Commercial Service, Jacqueline worked for U.S. Senator John McCain’s congressional office and the U.S. Office of Special Counsel, an independent prosecutorial agency. She holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Georgia and an MA in Strategic Studies and International Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS.
